Reunions
On-site printing.
Highest quality prints at reasonable prices.
How it usually works:
At most class reunions we take the class photo just before the meal/program, usually around 6:30. You don't need to budget more than about 15 minutes in your schedule for the class photo. Usually I can get everyone lined up in 5 to 10 minutes and then it just a matter of snapping 4 or 5 photos of the class.
Everyone then goes back to whatever they were doing. If you have a meal or program that's when I do some quick touchup to the class photo, insert it into a pre-made custom digital layout for your class and school and then I began printing. Each 8x10 class photo takes about 90 seconds to print so taking into account a few minutes to replace an empty color cartridge or two I can usually average about 30 to 35 prints per hour. The largest class photo I've taken so far is about 72 classmates but even with that number within a couple of hours I had prints ready for everyone who wanted a photo. And with that class I think just about everyone bought a class photo... thanks Todd Central class of 1967.
That's about it. Simple huh?
A few more boring details:
If the facility has a table set up for me that's fine but I always bring a table with me. It's just a standard 6 foot banquet table if you need to know about how much room to allocate for me.
Oh yeah. After all of the class photos have been printed if you have some couples (example) or smaller groups of classmates (example) who want photos I can stay around for that (usually as long as needed unless I have another event schedule later that night).
There is a $50 setup fee but be sure to check my home page or promotions page as I often run free setup specials.

Weddings
At this time I don't have any wedding packages offered. That could change in the coming months. I'm considering an all-digital package which would be a fixed price for all of your wedding photos recorded to a dvd. Again at this time I'm not offering the all-digital package but I am beginning to think about how it would be offered. Some of the possibilities are:
As mentioned a flat fee for pre-wedding, ceremony, post-ceremony and reception photos. Also the engagement photo could be included per request. To break it down a bit further as far as my time to you, pre-wedding would be probably me being on-site up to 90 minutes, ceremony for as long as it is, post ceremony up to 90 minutes and reception up to 90 minutes. If needed longer that could be worked out. 90+ceremony+90+90 would be me being available for you on wedding day for up to about 5 hours.
All photos taken would be recorded to a dvd and you would receive the dvd with a signed release which would allow you to print the photos you want from your home printer, a commercial printing service such as Walmart, Walgreens, etc.
Details on the signed release:
